The most important was the staff - amiable and excellent people. The rooms were updated and huge and with a nice balcony.

The location turned out to be nice and absolutely perfect, not far from a beautiful patio / garden and Salmanaca and Chamberi and great restaurants, shops and museums. It was not very far from Las Reses, where you can have lunch.
We didn't like that there was swimming pool missing, were a little disappointed.

What a service! Fantastic staff, personilized attention, always natural and friendly smile, organisation of theater tickets, of museum ticket, of restaurant bookings, extremely efficient and utmost attentive to help, assist and attend the guests! They even suppied us with a mini radio, on our demand, to listen to our music!!!!! The rooms are extremely confortable, large and spacious (at least ours, room 416). We use to travel to Madrid exch second week. From now on this will be our hotel. Congratulations and thanks to everyone at Orfila as you all did our stay a delicious and memorable one.
This is not a complaint but a hint. It is true for most hotels. Please put a toilet brush in all the rooms!!!!!!

We had a romantic escape and there were two things we really liked about this hotel. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. They were attentive and friendly, offering great service throughout our stay. Secondly, the location was perfect for a romantic getaway. We were situated in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still within walking distance of key attractions and restaurants. It was a great balance between tranquility and convenience.
There were some aspects that we did not enjoy during our stay. the room we stayed in was not up to par.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, with easy access to both the business district and the main attractions of the city. The room was extremely comfortable and quiet, and I loved the tasteful furniture and decor. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a cozy lobby bar and a spacious terrace where I could relax and enjoy the sunshine. The staff members were incredibly kind and friendly, and they went above and beyond to ensure that I had a memorable stay. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a great selection of warm and cold options. I couldn't have asked for a better experience in terms of cleanliness, facilities, transportation, location, breakfast, and staff.
Nothing, all great. The hotel truly exceeded my expectations in every aspect.

Relaxing, fairly clean place with excellent and efficient staff with personal service. Unbeatable location to Museo Nacional Thyssen-Bornemisza. Greatly enjoyed mostly residential area.
Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

Ideal central location next to Madrid on 10/25 as well as the restaurant which looked lovely. The staff was very professional and highly professional and helped with the private parking. The room was a nice size, and the bed was comfortable, I appreciated it.

Absolutely perfect location, it's set not far from many good restaurants, cafes and good shopping, the lively neighborhoods of Malasana and Chueca, and shopping areas and museums. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Chamberi district.
